We all care about you winning. We start with having you complete a resume intake form to understand your background, career goals and specific needs. We’ll ask you open-ended questions to understand your work history, achievements, challenges and aspirations. Once we have everything we need, we will draft your resume, and include you into the writing process after the draft has been completed. Your resume writer will reach out for additional clarification or information if needed.

Friend, I created Resume Addict with you in mind. Back in 2015, on my old PC, living paycheck-to-paycheck, I was a young recruiter with a vision to help the masses. I reviewed so many resumes and realized that so many people struggle to talk about themselves. Before I had a team, I did nearly 1,000 resumes for free, and 4,000 resumes collectively. Today, I have a social media community of 250k+, I've been featured in top media outlets, I have a powerful team of 10 resume experts, and an ever-lasting vision to continue to help people of color get the career opportunities they deserve.
